Irvine, Calif., April 10, 2009 – Area51 has announced today, that after four years of implementation, the company has segregated its franchised business from its redistribution business.

 

Area51-ESG, Inc. Irvine, CA. in an announcement today by its President/CEO Steve Shammah, Area51- Electronic Service Group has officially committed to its franchised distribution business model now called Area51-Authorized Distribution.

 

Spinning off its independent distribution services and products to a newly formed subsidiary Hanger18-Redistribution, will allow the core company, Area51-Authorized Distribution, to better serve the clients who utilize them specifically as a franchised source. “A separation of the two entities was required” said Steve Stamatis, Director of Franchised Development for Area51-ESG. “This better establishes us as a franchised distributor with no connection or association with surplus or excess”. Stocking facilities are separately segregated with no cross boundaries. All products are 100% traceable with full factory authorizations and warrantees. Engineering spec-in supply chain solutions are available from any of the nine (9) Area51-ESG sales offices spanning the United States, Mexico and India. Having the proper sales support and area coverage is key for the company to service its OEM/CEM partners. Currently, the company has over 80 factory direct franchises, all committed to growing Area51 into the franchised world of distribution.
