We offer a vigorous quality management and counterfeit mitigation program to ensure you receive authentic electronic components. Our program involves assessing the perceived levels of the component and application risk; detecting and mitigating the risk; controlling and reporting on any substandard, fraudulent part; and implementing solutions to preserve the integrity of your supply chain needs.
We adhere to the highest standards of quality control and counterfeit mitigation and have the right certifications to show for it, including the SAE AS6081 Counterfeit Electronic Parts: Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation and Disposition for Distributors certification. The AS6081 is the aerospace standard and provides requirements, practices, methods, and guidance to mitigate the risk of purchasing and supplying suspect counterfeit and counterfeit parts. Other noteworthy certifications we offer include the AS9100D; ISO 9001:2015, AS9120B, ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014, and FAA AC 00-56B certifications.
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI):
We can help manage and optimize your inventory as part of our supply chain agreement.
After you purchase your part, we can store it in our safe, controlled warehouse for a contracted period of time to ensure you have the part when you need it.
To help manage your inventory, we can stock your components for you and deliver them to you when you need them to shorten lead times, reduce the total cost of ownership, and eliminate risks.
If you have excess inventory, we can help. Through our consignment program, we can evaluate your current inventory and assist with removing and storing your inventory in our warehouse. This helps you reduce costs with lower inventory levels and overhead.
