Since January 2013, we have been an active member of the SAE G-19D committee. As a member of this committee, we collaborate with other people to develop and maintenance SAE AS6081 Fraudulent/Counterfeit Electronic Parts: Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition - Distributors. AS6081 is an aerospace standard which provides requirements, practices, methods and guidance to mitigate the risk of purchasing and supplying suspect counterfeit, fraudulent and counterfeit parts.
