and Qualifications

Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBE):

Veteran-owned Businesses (VBE):

A business that is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by one or more military veterans.

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender-owned Business Enterprises (LGBTQ+BE):

A business that is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by one or more individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or another related identity.

Service-disabled Veteran-owned Businesses (SDVBE):

A business where the majority ownership is held by service-disabled veterans, meaning veterans with a service-connected disability determined by the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB):

A business that meets the criteria established by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for being socially and economically disadvantaged.

Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB Zone):
